Chaya Spencer is a fully certified Anusara Yoga Teacher and the Director of Shree Yoga Studios. Shree Yoga Studios offers a wide range of yoga classes in Northern Bergen County, New Jersey. All teachers are trained in Anusara Yoga. Shree Yoga Studios also offers on a donation basis Slow Therapeutic Yoga, Chi Gong, Pilates, Belly Dance. The studio donates 10% of its profits to charities
that support the underprivileged both locally and overseas. |
