Established in 1999 by Director Ami Jayaprada Hirschstein, Jai Ma is dedicated to sharing the practice of yoga and helping their students transform their lives. Jai Ma Yoga Center offers a variety of yoga classes for every level and age of practitioner, from beginner to advanced and young to old. Jai Ma offers the area's only Therapeutic Yoga classes.
