Class meets every Friday at the Larchmount Avenue Church from 9:30-10:30am. The class provides the mothers (without their children) with a safe environment to access an honest, compassionate inquiry of self. As more discoveries are made on the yoga mat and cumulatively absorbed into their beings, a beautiful platform is created for moms to bring more presence, vitality, and pride into their homes and hence nourishing the circle of the sacred parent-child journey.
